Bancroft Mills Condominium is a community comprised of forty-six residential condominium units.  We are located in Wilmington, Delaware along the bank of the Brandywine River. Bancroft Mills Condominium is a restoration and adaptive reuse of two nineteenth century textile mill buildings. In 1984, Bancroft Mills was nominated to the National Register of Historic Buildings.

The Bancroft Mills Homeowners Association Council is a a group of volunteers elected annually from the building owners. Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community.

Legacies of the Bancroft family are many and live on in our building and in the surrounding area. Historic Bancroft Mills is surrounded by natural beauty, yet it lies just minutes from the Center of Wilmington, Route 202 and Interstate 95. It is, in all respects, a gracious address for entertaining and a tranquil, convenient address for living. It is just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Wilmington, on a homeward route past the Delaware Art Museum, along the garden-lined Kentmere Parkway and though beautiful Rockford Park to enter the grounds of historic Bancroft Mills. The atmosphere is welcoming as it greats you and your guests. In each condominium, the original heavy timber beamed ceilings and iron capped columns remain from the old mill. All of the condominiums enjoy riverfront views.
